We insist on fresh locally sourced food. Our creative dishes mean that the blackboard is constantly changing,
offering home made local produce. Whether it's fillet of sea bass, local Devon beef, freshly made mushroom
and Madeira soup or one of our magical puddings, we think you will enjoy the menu.

Homemade duck liver parfait with a kumquat marmalade & toasted brioche
Artichoke, sun blushed tomato, spinach & feta cheese tartlet
Home cured Salmon gravadlax with watercress salad & lime crème fraiche

Main Course
Beer battered cod with homecut chips and mushy peas
Braised shoulder of lamb, dauphinoise potato, garden pea & mint puree with a shallot sauce
10oz aged sirloin steak, portabello mushrooms, tomatoes homecut chips and salad
Ratatouilli strudel, basil noodles & confit cherry tomatoes
Pheasant casserole with vegetables and mashed potato

Desserts
We make a new pudding each day such as traditional treacle tart served with honeycomb ice cream
The Sandy Park's own chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream
Selection of local cheeses with savoury biscuits

Our new coffee machine offers all the latest choices, latte,
espresso, cappucino, filter and froth on the top. Just tell us if you fancy a sprinkle of chocolate.

A bowl of fresh soup by the fire in the bar, a platter of mixed sandwiches in the garden, or a celebration for
larger family gatherings in our restaurant. Families are always welcome and children may eat in the restaurant.
